I’m Buzz, a Principal Designer and Coach. I help businesses turn their most complex problems into simple, memorable and lovable products. I’m as interested in producing the work, as I am creating the conditions for high quality design work at scale. As Principal Designer at Help Scout, I sit between ambitious ideas, emerging technology and difficult customer problems. Before this I was at Atlassian, Buildkite, Campaign Monitor, Sendle and Skype.
I founded Prevue, a design presentation product used by more than 40,000 agencies. I built and ran it solo for over a decade until it was acquired in 2018.
